How long does the kit take to process?
Once you mail your sample back, the lab typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to process your results. As soon as they land with me, I get to work on your protocol.
When will I actually receive my protocol?
Plan for 3 to 4 weeks from the time you mail your sample. The sooner you send it back, the sooner we get moving. Don't sit on the kit!
What does the messaging support actually look like?
Once your protocol lands, you'll have 3 weeks of direct access to me inside a private Practice Better channel. Ask me anything. Questions about your supplements, how you're feeling, what to do first. I'm in there with you.
Are there any calls included?
Nope! Summer Spark is intentionally streamlined. Everything happens through messaging, which means you can reach out whenever it works for you, no scheduling required.
